Telehealth Emergency Medicine PA/NP role providing 24/7 virtual urgent care and coordinating community care teams. Multi-state remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care via phone/video.
• Collaborate with virtual emergency physicians and community clinicians.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Participate in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Licensed in at least 3 of specified states.
• 3+ years ER or urgent care experience.
• Experience in acute clinical care and care management.
