About the Role
Join Rezilient Health as a Virtual Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) delivering high-quality care through a hybrid virtual model. Partner with on-site paramedics and specialty teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual primary and acute care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments using virtual tools.
- Collaborate with specialty teams for integrated care.
- Manage labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Requirements
- Licensed NP or PA in good standing in Missouri; multi-state licensure a plus.
- Minimum 4 years outpatient primary care experience.
- Comfortable with technology-enabled care and virtual platforms.
