• Acute Care/Infusion 50% - Reviews provider orders for correct drug choice, dosage form, dosing schedule, and possible drug-drug interactions or allergies.

• Contacts providers to clarify orders as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution (Required)

• Current Ohio pharmacist license (Required)

• ASHP accredited residency or equivalent pharmacy practice experience

• Pharmacy Board Certifications or other certifications

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Night or evening shifts may be required.
