You will lead the clinical side of care by developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans while mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors. Additionally, you will conduct FBAs, provide parent coaching, and ensure high-quality documentation and progress tracking.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess BCBA certification. You are also required to be credentialed with specific Texas health plans and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
