About the Role
Ability Avenues is looking for a passionate and driven Clinic Supervisor BCBA/LBA to lead our team in Golden Valley, MN. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure high-quality ABA service delivery
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing client progress evaluations
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensure requirements, and company policies
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Lead staff training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic setting
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and tracking client data
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to ethical, client-centered care
