Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, design evidence-based plans of care, and deliver hands-on therapy to restore function and improve mobility for patients in their homes. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress through reassessments like OASIS, collaborating with the team, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and hold an active Virginia Physical Therapy License upon hire. Preferred experience includes one year of Physical Therapy experience, along with required CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver's license for frequent travel.
