Key Responsibilities

Provides paraprofessional, recovery-oriented case management services to individuals and families dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. Conducts outreach, facilitates counseling sessions, and participates in multidisciplinary treatment teams to support client stability and independence.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of experience in case management, rehabilitation, or substance use counseling. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and, if working as a substance use counselor, must hold a state-approved certification.
