Key Responsibilities
The Physician and Provider Relationship Manager is responsible for the incremental improvement of in-network utilization by growing new patient referrals across the BSMH Product Portfolio, using data to guide a strategic call plan for high-impact face-to-face visits. This role involves acting as strategic counsel to market leadership, benchmarking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and conducting visits with providers to optimize care coordination.
