Key Responsibilities

• Assessment, evaluation, diagnostic determination, on-going treatment and clinical management of patients.

• When necessary make referral for consultation.

• Direct care planning.

• Order medications and therapeutic treatments when warranted.

Requirements

• NP: Current unrestricted RN license issued by or recognized by the NCBON with authorization to practice as a NP.
