Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of post-licensure experience leading successful behavioral health programs, including care coordination and quality improvement, along with required leadership experience in physician-led delivery systems. A graduate or professional degree is required, and the candidate must hold a current independent behavioral health license in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist).
