• of a home infusion pharmacist but also utilizes a large amount of their assigned work time to a specialty area within the pharmacy that provides direct support or training for other staff.

• This pharmacist would routinely manage IV patient therapies both in home and in the infusion suite.

• This position often requires odd work schedules, off site meetings, on-call time and weekend shifts in order to maintain software systems while not disrupting departmental operations.

• What you will need: Five year bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
