About the Role

Join Trinity Health as a Pharmacist III, Home Infusion in United States.

Key Responsibilities

of a home infusion pharmacist but also utilizes a large amount of their assigned work time to a specialty area within the pharmacy that provides direct support or training for other staff.

This pharmacist would routinely manage IV patient therapies both in home and in the infusion suite.

This position often requires odd work schedules, off site meetings, on-call time and weekend shifts in order to maintain software systems while not disrupting departmental operations.

What you will need: Five year bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
