The BCBA conducts functional behavioral assessments and designs, supervises, and implements behavioral analytic interventions within school settings. They also provide consultation to school personnel, conduct parent training, and supervise clinical support teams.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification and NJ LBA licensure. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum is required.
