Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments during night shifts

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region

Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
