- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
