The Clinic Director provides exceptional patient care while leading and developing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff. They are responsible for fostering a positive clinic culture and establishing strong community and referral relationships.
Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Supervisory experience is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and a passion for mentoring others.
