Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist I is responsible for evaluating and treating referred patients, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans to maximize functional independence, and ensuring comprehensive discharge planning. This role also involves functioning as an effective team member and contributing to departmental goals.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, along with certification and a valid state license to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. Certification as a Hand Therapist or significant hand experience is preferred.
