Key Responsibilities

• BH) Serve as a core member of the primary care team, consulting with PCPs, MAs, PSRs, Care Navigators, Care Managers, RNs, and others. Respond to warm hand

Requirements

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
