Key Responsibilities
The speech-language pathologist will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, dysphagia, and cognitive-communication disorders. They are responsible for establishing timely treatment plans and delivering evidence-based care to facilitate patient recovery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Additionally, state licensure and Basic Life Support certification are required.
