Requirements

• Essential Education, Experience and Skills
• Active and unrestricted Colorado medical license (PA or NP)
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain with employment offer
• NCCPA certification required for PAs
• ANCC or AANP certification required for NPs
• Minimum Bachelor s degree in PA Studies or Master s in Nursing/NP Program

Work Schedule

• Clinic Hours
• Full-time providers typically work three 12-hour shifts per week. Golden, CO clinic hours are:
• Monday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Schedules may vary based on coverage needs.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
