Join THERAPY 2000 as a Pediatric Physical Therapist – Home-Based, Travel Reimbursement in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: Terrell - Terrell, TXTHERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve families in Terrell/Quinlan. This position is based in our East Texas division.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.

Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.

Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.

Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.

Requirements

Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.

Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high

quality patient care.

Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
