In-Home Physician Per Diem - Kingsport

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home health evaluations to review medical history, perform physical assessments, and provide diagnostic services. Engage with patients to bridge gaps in care and ensure their health needs are communicated to their primary care teams.

Requirements

Must hold an active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the coverage area. Ability to travel locally to patient homes and perform duties in diverse residential environments is required.
