Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Kirkland, Washington. This opportunity combines a strong patient base, comprehensive clinical support, and the autonomy to provide exceptional care—all backed by the resources of an established dental organization.

H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist opportunity

• Established, predominantly PPO patient base

• Comprehensive dental practice

• Access to a full team of in-house Board Eligible and Board Certified specialists

• Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience

• Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days

• Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually

• H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship available

Schedule

• 5 days per week

• 1–2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience required

• Graduate of an accredited dental school

• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
