Join SSM Health Physical Therapy as a Speech Language Pathologist – Day Institute, M-F 8am-4:30pm in O'Fallon, IL, US. SSM Health Day Institute Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) O'Fallon, IL *8am-4:30pm, M-F* Salary: $66,560 -$91,395 annually, based on years of experience. SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patients, establishes treatment goals, and develops comprehensive rehabilitation programs to maximize independence. They coordinate care with other clinical services and provide education to patients and their families regarding home programs and discharge planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy and possess a current state licensure or eligibility for licensure. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA and CPR certification are also required.
