Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current state license or be eligible for licensure. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
