Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist interprets physician referrals to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and implements individualized treatment plans. They also manage patient discharge, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois or Wisconsin. Previous outpatient experience or relevant clinical experience during PT school is required.
