Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes while helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.
Responsibilities include
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
