DESCRIPTION
TeamHealth seeks a highly skilled and dedicated emergency medicine physician to
join our dynamic healthcare team at Lafollette Medical Center in Lafollette,
Tennessee. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in emergency
medicine. You can also be boarded in internal medicine or family practice with
EM experience.

LaFollette is located in Campbell County at the foot of the Cumberland Mountains
about 40 miles north of Knoxville. The area boasts three state parks that offer
camping, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding. Cove Lake State Park provides a

miles of shoreline. Norris Dam State Park offers a museum, marina, fishing,
camping, and hiking.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients at Lafollette Medical Center. Manage a patient volume of approximately 1.8 patients per hour within a medium acuity setting.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine, or board-certified in internal medicine or family practice with relevant EM experience. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of working within a team-based healthcare environment.
