Qualifications for a Physical Therapist Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice. Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Must possess excellent organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills.

The Physical Therapist will work with the rehab therapy team to provide care in a skilled nursing home setting. They are responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services while maintaining effective communication and organizational standards.
