Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients and develops appropriate treatment plans while providing direct therapy. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records and supervising physical therapist assistants.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice and have 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred. Basic Life Support certification is preferred upon hire and required within 30 days.
