Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer physical therapy treatment plans and therapeutic modalities to patients in their homes. They are responsible for documenting clinical records and coordinating with the Physical Therapist to ensure effective patient rehabilitation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and experience working with the geriatric population are also required.
