This team provides care to clients throughout Yavapai County.
This position offers weekends off. Work with BAYADA Home Health Care in Prescott, Arizona.
The Physical Therapist will perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients reach their health goals. They are also responsible for educating families and accurately documenting patient care management using a tablet.
Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Arizona and have graduated from an accredited program. Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong computer skills are required for this role.
