Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage clinical services provided by mental health staff and allocate resources to meet institutional needs.

• Provide clinical and administration supervision and direction to mental health staff, including staff disciplinary counseling and performance evaluations.

• Provide mental health services to inmates in the facility and consult with facility personnel as needed.

• Coordinate with facility administrative staff and maintain confidentiality of inmate information.

Requirements

• & Requirements Education Master’s degree in psychology, social work or behavioral science field.

• Experience A minimum of 2 Years Experience in the coordination and administration of mental health service delivery systems.

• Experience collaborating with county behavioral health, managed care plans, probation/parole, or community‑based organizations.
