How you’ll contribute 

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), PRN who excels in this role

* Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and
therapy needs.

* Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's
condition.

* Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems
identified and involves the patient and family.

* Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and
progress.

* Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

* Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support
personnel.

What we’re looking for 

* Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required

* Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with state Board of
Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

* Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients for speech, language, and swallowing needs while designing and implementing individualized care plans. They also educate families, manage discharge planning, and supervise clinical students or support personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current state licensure. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of hire.
