Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and relieve pain. They also collaborate with physicians to establish plans of care and provide ongoing education to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program, ranging from a bachelor's to a doctorate. Additionally, a valid physical therapist license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
