Primary Care Physician, PACE Services

Key Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician provides direct medical care to PACE program participants as part of an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for supervising the clinical care provided by nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and medical assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with a valid Kentucky medical license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, with preference given to those with fellowship training in geriatrics.
