Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through B2B outreach, cold calling, networking, and community engagement

Build and sustain trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, case managers, and other referral sources by demonstrating professionalism, industry knowledge, and accountability

Execute regular outreach to secure new referrals and achieve growth goals for both new and existing accounts

Ensure strong communication and responsive service for referring providers and their support teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience

Minimum two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences

Strong analytical and presentation abilities
