About the Role

Join KidsCare Home Health as a Lead Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Home Health in United States. Overview KidsCare Home Health is an ethical, therapist owned and operated home health company. We are seeking to immediately hire a Lead Occupational Therapist KidsCare provides therapy services to children with special needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Occupational Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy for pediatric patients within the home health setting.

They will direct the patient and the caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.

As a lead this position will assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing, directing, and developing other Occupational Therapists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversite to team members through the performance of routine site visits.
