The Registered Dietitian is responsible for establishing and implementing a standardized Nutrition Care Process to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients. They also develop and deliver nutrition education and counseling to patients, their families, and caretakers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and be registered or registry-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Additionally, a Kentucky state license is required within three months of hire.
