Hospital - PRN Respiratory Therapist (Nights)

The PRN Respiratory Therapist provides as-needed respiratory care services to
patients in a hospital setting. This role performs respiratory assessments,
administers prescribed respiratory therapies, manages oxygen therapy and
mechanical ventilation, and performs diagnostic testing in accordance with
physician orders, established clinical protocols, and professional standards.
The PRN Respiratory Therapist supports patient care needs based on variable
scheduling, patient volume, and operational demand while upholding the mission,
vision, and values of MSRH. Work is performed under the supervision of
Respiratory Therapy leadership and in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and
the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The PRN role requires flexibility to work
variable shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, on-call coverage, and
call-back as needed.
