Key Responsibilities

• Performs and documents biopsychosocial evaluations, seeks psychiatric team consultation, and develops and implements treatment plans with patients

• Reassesses and monitors patients’ response to treatment on a regular basis using program instruments to track patient response to medication and/or other treatment

• Provides psychoeducation, behavioral activation and group and individual therapy to patients on an as needed basis as part of their treatment plan (mix of telehealth and in

• person services)

Requirements

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

• This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required.

• This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

• Requires ability to learn new software applications as necessary.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $35 - $36.5/hr

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
