About the Role

Join Primary Care Coalition of Md as a Bilingual Behavioral Health Care Manager (PT 20-32hrs a Week) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Performs and documents biopsychosocial evaluations, seeks psychiatric team consultation, and develops and implements treatment plans with patients

Reassesses and monitors patients’ response to treatment on a regular basis using program instruments to track patient response to medication and/or other treatment

Provides psychoeducation, behavioral activation and group and individual therapy to patients on an as needed basis as part of their treatment plan (mix of telehealth and in

person services)

Requirements

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required.

This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Requires ability to learn new software applications as necessary.

Salary: $35 - $36.5/hr
