Key Responsibilities
The Staff Pharmacist will prepare and dispense medications while ensuring clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance within a closed-door pharmacy model. They will also supervise support staff, counsel patients, and collaborate with clinical teams to manage medication-related issues.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of pharmacy experience and be licensed to practice in Virginia. A degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required, with a PharmD and leadership experience preferred.
