Key Responsibilities

Organizes and participates in meetings related to care coordination; completes documentation for direct services provided to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Transports individuals receiving services to appointments, activities, and/or work.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working in a human services field are required.

A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is preferred.

Experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $1.5/hr.

Pension plan offered.

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Night or evening shifts may be required.
