Physical Therapist (PT) – Westchester

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement skilled therapeutic treatment plans for a diverse patient population. They are responsible for documenting patient progress in electronic medical records and supervising physical therapist assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice and obtain BLS certification within 30 days. Two years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred.
