This position offers weekends off. Work with OOS Management Corp. in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and ABA staff. They will also facilitate caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools to support skill development in various settings.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and the ability to obtain New Mexico licensure are required.
