PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) - ORDWAY, CO - Relocation Available

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and educating patients and families on safe mobility techniques.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program and possess a current, unrestricted Colorado PTA license. Additionally, a current CPR/BLS certification is required, with preference given to those with experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
