Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Intervention – to include supportive counseling with patients and families, linkage and referral to community agencies and services, facilitating family conferences.

• Helping families to cope with difficult decisions, especially for adolescents and young adults facing life-altering diagnoses.

• Address issues related to body image, fertility concerns, grief, anxiety, depression, and end-of-life care as needed.

Requirements

• Req Master's degree Social Work from an accredited graduate school of social work.

• Req 2 years Experience in a medical setting.

• Req Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

• Req Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $95K - $158K
