Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide resident-centered care and maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, and experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
