Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Specialist guides and supports youth in their personal, social, and educational development using trauma-informed strategies. They are responsible for implementing daily routines, facilitating structured activities, and providing therapeutic interventions to help residents achieve their individual goals.

Requirements

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Candidates must have a good driving record and be CPR/First Aid certified, with preference given to those with at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
