Key Responsibilities

The specialist provides in-person or telehealth crisis support, manages mental health emergencies, and collaborates with clinical teams to develop stabilization plans. They also provide behavioral coaching and psychoeducation to youth and families while maintaining accurate service documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an associate degree or have at least three years of experience in a behavioral health setting working with youth and families. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS) standards are required.
