What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
- Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
- Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
- Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
