Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist I will provide professional physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to referred patients, focusing on assessment and procedures tailored to the patient's age and development to maximize clinical outcomes and safety. Responsibilities also include providing quality services through direct, group, monitored, and consultative approaches, assisting with equipment, and preparing accurate patient records including evaluations and discharge summaries.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates from an accredited Physical Therapy school with a Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree approved by the APTA and AMA. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois and possess current CPR certification, with no prior clinical experience required as this is an entry-level position.
